RULES OF TRADE-IN PROMOTION

Promotion

1.      This Trade-in Promotion (Hereinafter 'Promotion') is applicable in combination with the purchase of eligible Xiaomi products (Hereinafter 'Product(s)') as shown in the table under point 7 on Xiaomi's website (www.mi.com). The Seller of the products on www.mi.com is Xiaomi Technology Netherlands B.V. with its registered address at E5,  WTC The Hague, Prinses Beatrixlaan 582, 2595BM, The Hague, The Netherlands (hereinafter - Seller)

 

2.      The party offering and executing the Promotion is Foxway OU, registration number: 12703942, and its registered address at Killustiku Põik 1, Vahi 60534, Estonia (Hereinafter 'Organizer').

3.      The Organizer's general terms and conditions for trade-in are applicable.

4.      The Promotion is effective from 2023/04/06 01:00 until 2023/04/30 23:59

(hereinafter – Promotion period).

 

5.      The Customer shall follow further instructions from the Seller and the Organizer in respect to the Promotion.

6.      If during the Promotion period the customer purchases a Product at mi.com and selects the option to trade-in his/her smartphone, tablet, smartwatch or other eligible device (hereinafter 'Old device') as described below, the customer is entitled to receive both the trade-in value of the Old device and bonus on top of the trade-in value (hereinafter - Bonus).

Bonus is pre-established below depending on the Product purchased.

8.      Customer should fulfilll the below two conditions at the same time in order to be eligible for the Promotion:

a.      Customer who return goods without reason within 14 days cannot enjoy the bonus of this promotion.

b.      Shippout old device and finish the trade-in whole process deal.

9.      Each Xiaomi ID is only allowed to participate in a one-time trade-in promotion bonus.

 

10.    When entered into the product page, customer shall finish the trade-in register and product purchase order.

11.    In the trade-in order process, customer shall finish self-evaluation of his/or her Old device. Some basic information of customer's bank account and address shall be provided for cash back & Old device pickup.

12.    Once trade-in order & promotion product order finish, customer will receive an email with the trade-in instructions to send the Old device, this will include among others a shipping lable for free shipping. The email is sent by Organizer.

13.    To finalize the trade-in order, customer shall accept the Organizer's general terms and conditions for trade-in.

14.    To participate in the Promotion and receive the Bonus, at mi.com the Old device value in not damaged condition must be at least £10 .

15.    The customer will receive repayment in the amount of evaluation value confirmed or updated  after the evaluation has been performed by the Foxway. The Bank account payment will be performed after 5 days once customer and Foxway reaches an agreement of the final price. The final amount transferred by Organizer to customer will already include the Bonus.

16.    Purchase of the Product is subject to the general terms of sale, except where the Seller or these rules expressly provide otherwise.

17.    The customer shall not be entitled to repayment or discount, if it is found that the customer disregarded these rules, or the customer has unfairly affected course of this Promotion.

18.   Complaints about the Promotion can be submitted until 2023/04/28, calling or writing to the customer service team of Foxway:
