TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Benefit Reservation Event January 2025 (referred to as "T&C")

1. ACTIVITY ORGANISATION AND ORGANISER

1.1 These T&C set forth the terms and conditions of the activity called "Benefit Package Reservation Event" (referred to as "Activity").

1.2 The Activity is conducted by Xiaomi Technology UK LIMITED, address: Davidson House, Forbury Square, Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom, RG1 3EU, ID Registration number: 11447538 (referred to as "Organiser").

1.3 The purpose of the Activity is to increase visibility and improve sales of the Organiser's products in the Territory.

1.4 The Activity is carried out on www.the local website [mi.com].mi.com/uk.

1.5 The Activity provides an opportunity to obtain a Ppromotional Ccoupon for the purchase of Products (referred to as "Promotional Coupon"), under the terms and conditions specified in Section 3 of these T&C.

1.6 For any questions regarding the Activity, Participants should contact: mi-event@xiaomi.com (referred to as "Activity Contact Address").

1.7 By participating in the Activity, Participants agree to: (i) these T&C, (ii) the Organiser's Terms and Conditions (link), and (iii) the Organiser's Privacy Policy (link).

1.8 The Activity is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by social media or third-party platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, and Facebook. Participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of use/service of third-party platforms used in connection with the Activity.

1.9 Participation in the Activity is voluntary and free of charge, except for iInternet fees.

1.10 The Activity is valid in the United Kingdom (referred to as "Territory").

2. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Participants must be adults as defined by the laws of their respective jurisdictions and have legal capacity. They must have a personal Mi account or register one at mi.com.

2.2 Participants must provide proof of eligibility within a reasonable timeframe if requested by the Organiser.

2.3 Providing inaccurate or erroneous data will result in disqualification. Participants must provide accurate information and demonstrate eligibility upon request, failing which the Organiser may disqualify them at any time.

2.4 The following individuals are excluded from the Activity: employees of the Organiser, employees of entities providing services to the Organiser, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children).

3. ACTIVITY TERM

The Activity begins on 10:00 on the 30th December 2024 and ends 14:00 on the 9th January 2025 (referred to as "Activity Term").

4. PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

4.1 General Provisions

4.1.1 Participants can receive a Promotional Coupon reducing the selling price of POCO X7 series products (referred to as “Products"). Participants can receive the Promotional Coupon via this link.

4.1.2 The Initial Period begins 10:00 on the 30th December 2024 and ends 14:00 on the 9th January 2025.

4.1.3 The global launch of the POCO X7 series will take place on 9th January 2025.

4.1.4 During the Activity TermInitial Period, Participants can click the "Click to Reserve" button on the Activity Site and log in with their Mi ID to obtain a Promotional Coupon.

4.1.5 The Promotional Coupon is valid for purchases of Products made from 12:00 9th January 2025 to 23:59 16th January 2025.

4.1.6 Each Participant may receive one Promotional Coupon, regardless of how many times they engage with the Activity.

4.1.7 If a Product is returned after using the Promotional Coupon, the coupon will become void, and only the amount paid will be refunded.

4.1.8 The Promotional Coupon is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to cash.

4.2 Value and Quantity

4.2.1 The value of the Promotional Coupon is 10% off and is valid only for the specified Products.

5. PERSONAL DATA

5.1 Participants agree to provide their Mi ID number to the Organiser.

5.2 The data will be collected and processed by the Organiser for the proper management of the Activity.

5.3 The Organiser respects Participant privacy and will protect it in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable laws.

5.4 Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the Activity.

5.5 By participating, Participants consent to the collection and processing of their data in line with the Organiser's privacy policy. Concerns can be addressed via this link.

6. COMPLAINTS

6.1 Complaints can be submitted via mi.com/uk/support.

6.2 Complaints will be resolved within 14 days, extendable if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.

6.3 Complaints must include the Participant's full name, address (or email), and a detailed description of the issue.

7. LIABILITY AND STATEMENTS

7.1 Organiser’s Statements

7.1.1 The Organiser provides the Activity on a best-efforts basis and excludes all implied warranties.

7.2 Organiser’s Liability

7.2.1 The Organiser is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of income, or data corruption arising from participation in the Activity.

7.2.2 The Organiser’s liability is limited to £100 or local equivalent, unless otherwise required by law.

7.3 Participant’s Liability

Participants are responsible for complying with these T&C and applicable laws.

8. OTHER PROVISIONS

8.1 These T&C are available on the Organiser’s website and at its headquarters.

8.2 Participation in the Activity cannot be combined with other promotions by the Organiser.

8.3 These T&C are governed by the laws of England and Walesthe Organiser’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to Participant’s rights under local law.

8.4 The Organiser reserves the right to exclude Participants who violate these T&C or engage in misconduct.

8.5 Changes to these T&C will be communicated at least seven days in advance unless required sooner by law.

8.6 Changes will not adversely affect rights acquired by Participants before the amendments.

8.7 These T&C are effective as of 10:00 on the 30th December 2024.
