What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 vibrates continuously and prompts to connect the charger correctly?

Please follow the following methods to troubleshoot:
1. Re-plug the charger and make sure it is plugged in properly and it is the original charger;
2. If it doesn't work, restart the band; 
3. If it still doesn't work, please reset the band. Note that this will erase all data on the band;
4. If it still doesn't work, it is recommended to contact the maintenance station for inspection.
