To solve the problem, please refer to the following steps:
1. Restart or force restart the robot;
2. Check and update to the latest version;
3. Check and clean any debris, hair, or particles on the top of the LDS. Wipe the black lens on the front and sides of the robot, and check for wear;
4. If the issue persists, contact the local after-sales center. If the problem recurs, however, which is not constant, it is recommended to submit feedback through the Xiaomi Home/Mi Home APP.
