What to do if the walking path/route of the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S20+ is abnormal?
Please refer to the following information to check the main unit:
1. Check if debris is tangled in the drive wheels;
2. Ensure the LDS is rotating correctly. Please press slightly on the LDS sensor cover to check whether the rebound is normal;
3. Check if there are obstructions or hairs in the rotating part of the LDS, causing a non-smooth or stop of the rotation. Please clean them if they are in LDS;
4. Check for uneven or raised stickers or big objects on the robot's surface;
5. Please pat the bumper to check for proper rebound function;
6. Clean the line laser sensors;
7. Restart the robot and try again.
Note:
1. It is recommended to tidy up the floor before cleaning. Scattered items on the floor will affect the normal operation of the main unit;
2. It is recommended to manually clean the water accumulation on the floor to prevent the main unit from slipping due to the slippery floor.
