1. Please check the settings of your band and adjust the vibration mode. Please open the [Mi Fitness] APP >> [Device] >> [Vibration] >> select an item >> [Add]. Then you can tap the screen of the phone to create a vibration pattern on your device. If you don't tap, there will be no vibration. When you tap for the first time, the progress bar starts to move. When it moves to the end, it indicates that the creation is completed. After setting, tap the [√] icon and enter the name then the vibration will be stored;
2. Make sure your band’s firmware is up to date through the Mi Fitness APP;
3. Unpair the band from your phone and then pair it again to check if the issue persists;
4. Reset it to factory settings. Note that this will erase all data on the band;
5. If the issue persists after trying these steps, please reach out to our local official after-sales service center or your seller for assistance.
