What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Band cannot be charged or turned on?

If the Xiaomi Smart Band cannot be charged or turned on, please refer to the following steps:
1. For the first use, you need to connect the charging cable to activate and turn on the device;
2. The band will be powered off due to exhaustion. You need to charge for about 5 minutes before you can turn it on and use it;
3. It is recommended to use the standard charging cable for charging;
4. If you use a mobile power bank to charge, you need to replace the standard USB adapter for charging;
5. Check whether the metal contacts of the band and the metal contacts of the charging cable are stained. You can try to wipe them with a paper towel to ensure that there is no poor contact between the band and the charging cable;
6. Check whether the charging cable and the band are plugged in reverse, and try to plug and unplug them repeatedly;
7. Whether the charging adapter is normal, you can try to replace other adapters to connect the band charging cable for charging;
8. If there is a spare charging cable (or a charging cable of the same band), you can try to replace a charging cable;
9. Whether the charging environment temperature is low, it is recommended to charge in an environment above 10℃;
10. If the band is connected to the charger for a long time without response, it is recommended that you apply for after-sales processing.
