What to do if the inner coating of the Xiaomi Thermostatic Electric Kettle 2 Pro peels off during the first use or after prolonged usage?

Please stop using the kettle immediately if you notice the coating peeling off.
Note:
Please contact after-sale service center for a replacement kettle if the coating peels off during normal usage. It is recommended to stop using the kettle if the peeling is caused by cleaning with steel wool, or any chemical or abrasive cleaners.
