1. The display does not light up:
(1). You can replace the electrical outlet if the power outlet is damaged or doesn’t make proper contact;
(2). Check whether the power plug is properly plugged in;
(3). Please contact the after-sale service center if the power plug is melted or deformed;
(4). Please use the provided base.
2. The display shows an error code:
(1). Error code E1: Faulty temperature sensor;
(2). Error code E2: Heating error.
Please contact the after-sale service center if the display shows the above error codes.
3. The kettle does not heat:
(1). Check whether the circuit board or the heating element is damaged. If so, please contact the after-sale service center.
(2). The thermostat tripped due to boiling dry, it is recommended to use the kettle after the temperature drops.
4. The power does not turn off after the water boils or the kettle heats but the water does not boil:
The above problem can be caused by damage to the NTC temperature sensor or a circuit fault. You can contact the after-sale service center.
5. The app connection error:
(1). Check whether your phone’s Wi-Fi is enabled;
(2). Please contact the after-sale service center if the control board is damaged.
