When switch phones using Mi Mover, you will encounter a prompt to turn off the home screen backup password. If you don’t perform it, you will not be able to switch the phone. This is because of the backup password setting, so you can open the [Settings] app >> select [Additional settings] >> tap on [Developer options] >> turn off [Home screen backup password].
Note:
This home screen backup password is a native Android function. It does not have the function of forgetting the backup password or resetting the backup password. Please remember your password. If you forget it, you will not be able to back up.
