The Xiaomi Smart Tower Heater Lite does not work

If the Xiaomi Smart Tower Heater Lite does not work, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that the heater is properly plugged into a power outlet that is functioning correctly. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to verify;
2. Check if there are any firmware updates available for your heater. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve issues related to working performance;
3. If the heater is not started, it will not work. Please try pressing the [On/Standby] button located on the control panel to start the heater;
4. If the temperature is too high, it will trigger the device's protection and cause your heater to turn off to ensure safety. Please ensure the air inlet and outlet remain unobstructed, and reboot the device after it cools down; 
5. Please confirm whether the child lock function is turned on. If so, please turn it off temporarily to see if the device can work normally;
6. Please inspect the cables for any damage. Faulty cables can result in your device not working properly;
7. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve the issues. Unplug the heater, wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on;
8. As a last resort, please consider resetting the device. Please press and hold the [Scheduled On/Off] button and the [Temperature] button simultaneously for seven seconds until you hear a beep and the Wi-Fi indicator blinks slowly.
