When establishing a connection between your Xiaomi Smart Tower Heater Lite and the Mi Home app, please select a Wi-Fi network and input the password to establish the connection.
If the connection cannot be established, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network meets the requirements of the heater. It should be a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the heater doesn’t support 5GHz networks;
2. Ensure that the heater is within range of your Wi-Fi router and that the signal strength is strong enough for a stable connection. You may need to move the heater closer to the router temporarily during setup;
3. Double-check the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone. Make sure you’re connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network and entering the correct password;
4. Ensure that there is no special character in the Wi-Fi password;
5. Connect your smartphone to the network and see if the network is in good condition;
6. If the heater is still not connecting, you can try resetting it to its factory settings. Press and hold the scheduled on/off button and the temperature button on the heater simultaneously for seven seconds to reset it.
If the issue still remains unresolved, don’t hesitate to reach out to either our local service center or seller for assistance. They’ll be more than happy to help you out!
