When establishing a connection between your Mi Smart Antibacterial Humidifier and the Mi Home app, please select a Wi-Fi network and input the password to establish the connection.
If the connection cannot be established, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network meets the requirements of the humidifier. It should be a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as it doesn't support 5GHz networks;
2. Ensure that the humidifier is within range of your Wi-Fi router and that the signal is strong enough for a stable connection. You may need to move the humidifier closer to the router temporarily during setup;
3. Double-check the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone. Make sure you're connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network and entering the correct password;
4. Ensure that there is no special character in the Wi-Fi password;
5. Connect your smartphone to the network and see if the network is in good condition;
6. If the humidifier is still not connecting, you can try resetting it to its factory settings.
If the issue still remains unresolved, don't hesitate to reach out to either our local service center or seller for assistance. They'll be more than happy to help you out!
