What if I cannot receive the parcel on the day of delivery?

Our last-mile partner provides a total of 3 delivery attempts. Please contact the assigned courier company or our Customer Service team to help you arrange an alternative delivery time.

How to track my parcel?

What if my parcel is lost or no update for a long time?

Delivery may result in a delay for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to inventory, logistics partners, and natural disasters. We will endeavor to deliver the parcel to you in a safe and timely manner within the lead time of the delivery service.
If you have not received the parcel after the lead time, or the order status shows completion but the physical parcel has not been received, you can contact the courier company or Xiaomi Customer Service team to assist in the investigation.

What should I do if the product is damaged inside the parcel?

We suggest you inspect the parcel when receiving it. If you find that the parcel is damaged or there are signs of opening, you can choose to reject the parcel.
If you find the product damaged upon receipt, please contact Xiaomi Customer Service team as soon as possible for further assistance.
