*Product heating: The hub heating up is normal. When the product is powered on, the motherboard operates, causing electronic components to emit heat. The amount of heat generated varies depending on the length of time powered on and the operations performed. Additionally, environmental temperature may also affect heat generation. Due to the excellent thermal conductivity and heat dissipation of metals, heating during use is normal and is not a quality issue.
*Regarding issues that mobile drives cannot be read after connection and external devices do not work properly: If the external device requires a larger current than the maximum output current of the product's port or the laptop's Type-C port, the external device may not function properly. It is recommended to plug the adapter into this product's Type-C port to increase output power and ensure device stability.
*Lagging issues of 2.4G wireless mice: Different wireless mice have varying performances. If the wireless mouse experiences occasionally lag due to environmental interference, it is recommended to plug the wireless receiver into the outermost USB-A port of the hub or into the USB-A port of the laptop to mitigate the lagging issue.
*The adapter cannot charge the device: Before using the device, please confirm the specifications of the laptop's Type-C port. Full functionality of this product requires a full-function Type-C port, while non-full-function Type-C ports only support partial expansion functions. When connecting multiple external devices, the combined load of the laptop and external devices should not exceed the maximum power capacity of the power adapter to prevent damage to the power adapter. Use the original laptop power adapter supporting PD3.0 protocol to avoid causing device failure.
*No signal when connecting a monitor: Improper connection of the HDMI plug and the hub port may occasionally cause unstable signal transmission or no signal on the monitor. Please reconnect the HDMI cable and ensure proper contact.
