1.The air inlet has a high suction power, so if the hair is too close to the air inlet, it will easily lead to the hair being sucked and twisted into the barrel. In order to avoid hair damage and the product will not respond to power failure, please be sure to keep a safe distance of 10cm between the back end of the air inlet and the hair and hair tips when using the Hair Dryer.
2.If the Hair Dryer is not powered on or does not respond to power. It may be in the long-term use of hair blowing hair or hair ends positioned too close to the air inlet leading to hair was sucked twisted into the wind cylinder. For personal protection, the machine automatically triggers a temperature protection device. Please unplug the machine first and wait for the temperature protection device (commonly known as the thermostat) to cool down naturally for 3-5 minutes before plugging it in and switching it on, if it does not work properly, it can be dealt with after sales.
