What should I do if the camera doesn't connect to the app?

Exit the connection page in the app, reset the camera and reconnect.  Restart the router and move the camera closer to it. Check whether the phone's Wi-Fi network functions normally and use the phone's hotspot to test the connection. If the phone's hotspot can be connected, there may something wrong with the Wi-Fi connection. Please contact the Internet provider to solve the Wi-Fi network issue.
