Why Amazfit Bip won't show caller ID but phone number on incoming calls?

Solution:

1) Make sure you turn on incoming call alerts and toggle the switch button on to “show contact information”(Open Zepp Life App ➡Amazfit Bip➡Incoming Call➡Show contact information).

2) Check the setting and application management on your phone to make sure Zepp Life App is given permission and allowed to read your contacts.
