A: Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini uses 18650 lithium battery with 2000mAh capacity. Please fully charge the product before using it for the first time or after long-term storage. It is recommended to charge it every 3 months. Please use 5V-2A power adapter (need to be purchased separately) and original Type-C charging cable to charge.

4.Q: How to install the suction head of Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini?
A：Choose a suitable tip and install it to the interface.
Tip: The two suction heads can be used alone or in splicing.
5.Q: What are the functions of the power button of Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini?
A: Press the power button, switch sequentially, turn on (normally low gear operation), high gear, turn off. Note: During use, please make sure that the shrapnel inside the nozzle installation port is not jammed, otherwise the sucked debris may fall out.

1.Q. What should be done if the customer feedback that Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini does not charge, the fan does not start and the service life is short?
A：1.Note: the customer’s feedback that the probability of such failure is not product quality problem, but the red light of indicator light caused by filter element blockage. Please guide the customer to operate according to the following steps. If it is not solved, then consider repair.Most customers reported that the red light was flashing, which was no correct feedback. The real situation is red and white flashing alternately.

2.Guidance method:
Step 1: remove the dust cup and run the main machine independently (upper right picture)
Normal operation: judged as dust blockage, guide customers to clean filter element; abnormal operation: return to after-sales repair.
Step 2: clean the HEPA filter element
1、Wash the filter screen and filter element respectively: repeatedly wash and pat the filter element and filter frame, tap the dirt out until it is clean. (judge whether they are cleaned and check whether there is dirt in the gap of filter element)
2、Dry thoroughly for at least 24 hours before installation(all vacuum cleaners must be dried after washing, otherwise the motor will get water and cause failure).
3、If you do not want to wash or need to continue to use, you can knock the filter element repeatedly to remove the attached dust. After knocking, it can be installed and used immediately without drying).
