1. Check whether the camera firmware version and Mi Home APP version are up to date;
2. Go to the [Mi Home] APP >> select your camera device card >> tap the [...] icon at the upper right corner >> [Manage storage] >> check if the storage feature is turned off or turned on to record only when movement is detected;
3. Format the SD card in the Mi Home APP (Formatting the SD card will clear the video, and the video can be backed up before formatting);
4. If the SD card cannot be formatted in the Mi Home APP, you can format the SD card on the computer through a card reader. After formatting is completed, power off the camera and reinstall the SD card;
5. The SD card's inability to record video is mostly related to the SD card itself. You can replace the SD card to see if the problem recurs.
