Does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max automatically lift the mop when encountering carpets?
The information about the lifting up of the mops is shown below:
1. The mop holder of the robot vacuum supports auto lifting. If carpet settings have not been set, the robot vacuum will not lift the mop when encountering carpets.
You need to add carpet areas in the Xiaomi Home/Mi Home APP >> [Settings] >> [Carpet cleanup preferences] >> set carpet cleaning preferences as needed;
2. The robot vacuum lifts the mop during fast mapping, repositioning, returning to the omni station, navigating to mop locations, and escaping from tight spots.
Note:
If you want to replace the mop, remove the mop pad holder. The mop is fixed on the mop pad holder with Velcro. Tear it off for cleaning or replace it with a new mop. Align it with the middle hole and stick it in place.
