If there is a wireless network problem, please refer to the following scenarios and their troubleshooting methods:
Scenario 1:
If the TV failed to connect to a wireless network, please refer to the following details:
1. Please ensure the router is powered on;
2. Make sure that there is no electromagnetic wave generating device placed between the TV and router;
3. You can connect a mobile device to the router via Wi-Fi to check if the Wi-Fi is normal or not;
4. You can turn the router off and back on again. (Requires 2 to 3 minutes);
5. You can power off the TV by plugging out the power cable, then restart it after 3 seconds;
