Cause:
The earbuds are running low on power.
The phone is far away from the earbuds, exceeding the effective transmission distance (10m), or there is an obstacle between the earbuds and the phone.
Electromagnetic waves may interfere with the Bluetooth connection.
Solution:
Please charge the earbuds immediately.
Place your earbuds with your phone and reconnect them.
Make sure your earbuds are not in an environment with strong interference, away from microwaves, surveillance and other objects with strong electromagnetic interference.
If all of the above does not work, try restoring the factory settings by hitting the left and right ear touch control five times in a row within 30 seconds (not when playing music or talking) and hearing a beep, then the factory settings are restored.
