Cause:
Dirty copper posts on earbuds, poor contact.
Use of earbuds other than those supplied with the product, resulting in the earbuds not fitting into the box.
Solution:
Wipe the earbuds brass posts and re-pair them.
Select the appropriate earbuds from the earbuds that come with the product.
