Cause：
Bluetooth is connected, but the "Media Audio" option is not checked.
Solution:
Once the earbuds are connected to your phone, click on "Settings" -> "Bluetooth", find "Redmi Buds 4 Active" and click on the icon on the right to Turn on "Media Audio".
On the Bluetooth settings page of your phone, disconnect from Bluetooth and reconnect to Bluetooth. You will be able to restore.
Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, turn it on again and the earbuds and phone will automatically connect back successfully. The connection will be restored.
If the above does not solve the problem, please try to restore the factory settings, within 30S, five successive touches on the left and right ear touch control (not in the state of playing music or talking), hear a beep, that is, restore the factory settings.
