Cause:
1. The earbuds have not been used for a long time
2. The charging case is not charged (the white light flashes when the case is open)
3. The earbuds and the charging case are not in good contact
4. There is dirt in the contact area of the earbuds or the charging case
Solution：
1. We recommend that you charge the charging case for at least 10 minutes to ensure that the earbuds are activated;
If the contact is OK, the charging case light will come on when the earbuds are in the case.
3. Use a cotton swab to clean the bottom of the earbuds and the brass contact post of the charging case.
