Cause:
1. The earbuds have been left switched off for a long time;
2. Poor contact between the earbuds and the charging case or dirt on the contact points;
3. The charging adapter used is not compatible;
Solution:
1.It is recommended that you charge the earbuds for at least 10 minutes to activate them;
2. Repeatedly insert the earbuds into and out of the case 3 times;
3. Use a cotton swab to clean the copper posts on the bottom of the earbuds and the copper posts on the bottom of the charging case (for contact with foreign objects)
