What can I do if Baby is crying in the Mi Home security camera does not work or is not sensitive?

Solution
1. Check if the camera firmware version and the Mi Home App version need to be updated;
2. Check that the camera mic hole is not obscured, affecting the camera's sound reception;
3. The camera should be no more than 3 metres from the baby and there should be no obstructions between the camera and the baby;
4. Check whether the alarm interval in Home monitoring is set too long, if the alarm interval is set too long, you can reduce the interval. Even if an alarm event occurs during the interval, it will not be recorded and a message will be pushed;
5. Check whether the device message notifications are turned off in the Mi Home App, and check whether the Mi Home App notifications are turned off in the system settings of the phone, if they are turned off, turn them on again.
