Please follow up the following methods to check:
1) Confirm that the connection between the foot control and the vehicle body is not loose;
2) Make sure that the vehicle has been successfully activated and is not in the speed limit mode; (Set the speed limit mode: the speed limit mode is in the lower left corner of the main interface of the app, and you can also see if the speed limit indicator is always on the cabin display panel. Long light means open)
3) Confirm that the vehicle firmware is up to date;
4) Open the vehicle's settings page and check if “Steering Sensitivity” is set to “Auto” mode in “Sensor Settings”.
If using all the above method still cannot be solved, you need to contact the after-sales service for testing.
