The Redmi Watch 5 Lite features setting daily goals, including daily steps, calories, moving, and effective standing. You can set those daily goals and check the statistics of them.
For your reference, here are three ways to view the daily stats:
1. Widgets: slide left or right on the watch face to view the current calorie, number of steps and effective standing data on the corresponding widget;
2. Application list: Press the power button to enter the application list, and tap the [Stats] application icon to view it;
3. Mi Fitness APP: When the mobile phone is connected to the watch, open the Mi Fitness APP and view it in the [Health] interface.
Note:
Effective standing is considered if steps exceed 200 per hour or if moderate to high-intensity activities last more than 3 minutes. Sitting for a long time brings health risks to the human body. It is recommended to complete more than 12 standing activities per day.
