During exercise, the Redmi Watch 5 Lite presents the most critical exercise data for each workout mode. For example, when running outdoors, it can display data such as time, heart rate, distance, pace, calories, cadence, and total number of steps.
After the exercise is completed, the watch will generate a rich and vivid exercise report.
For your reference, here are two ways to view the exercise report:
1. View detailed movement data in the watch's Activity application;
2. After the watch is connected to the mobile phone, tap [Health] in the Mi Fitness APP, and tap [Show all] under the workout section, then you can view the sports record by week, month, and year. In addition to the sports information on the watch, you can also view the sports track and other information.
