Why can only one earbud of the Redmi Buds 6 Active connect to the phone?

If only one earbud of the Redmi Buds 6 Active can connect to the phone, please refer to the following methods:
1. Place the unconnected earbud back into the charging case and verify if the indicator light turns on. This helps determine if the earbud is charging and functioning correctly;
2. If the indicator lights up, place both earbuds in the charging case. Press and hold the charging case button for 20 seconds until the indicator blinks slowly three times for the second time;
3. After that, try reconnecting both earbuds to your phone again. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled and search for the earbuds in your phone’s Bluetooth settings;
4. If all these steps don’t work, please contact customer support for assistance.
