Why is there sound only in one earbud of the Redmi Buds 6 Active?

To solve the issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. Check the Bluetooth settings or the Xiaomi Earbuds APP to ensure that another earbud is connected to the phone;
2. If the other earbud is not connected, place the unconnected earbud in the charging case and check if the indicator lights up. If the indicator lights up, put both earbuds in the case and press the charging case button for 20 seconds until it blinks slowly three times for the second time. Then try to connect the phone again;
3. If the other earbud is connected, put both earbuds in the case and press the charging case button for 10 seconds to reset and reconnect;
4. Try connecting to another phone;
5. If all these steps don’t work, please contact customer support for assistance.
