Why is there sound during calls but not during music playback with the Redmi Buds 6 Active?
If there is no sound during music playback with the Redmi Buds 6 Active, please refer to the following steps:
1. Open [Settings];
2. Go to [Bluetooth];
3. Tap [Redmi Buds 6 Active];
4. Turn on [Media audio].
The Media audio option must be active to hear music.
Note:
1. Avoid listening at excessively high volumes to protect your hearing and ensure a comfortable experience;
2. Stay within the effective range (up to 10 meters) to prevent connectivity issues and audio dropouts;
