1. Check the phone’s volume and ensure both [Phone calls] and [Media audio] are enabled in Bluetooth settings;
2. Try connecting to another device;
3. After deleting the pairing records from the device, place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Then press and hold the case button for 10 seconds until the indicator blinks slowly three times. This action will reset the earbuds. After resetting, attempt to pair the earbuds with your device again. If the connection still fails, press and hold the case button for 20 seconds (until the indicator blinks slowly three times), then try pairing once more;
