What to do if the Redmi Buds 6 Active cannot be connected to the available device?
If the device can find the Redmi Buds 6 Active but cannot connect, please refer to the following steps:
1. Delete the pairing records from the device. You can go to [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> [Redmi Buds 6 Active] and select [Unpair] to delete the earbuds’ records;
2. Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Then press and hold the case button for 10 seconds until the indicator blinks slowly three times. This action will reset the earbuds;
3. After resetting, attempt to pair the earbuds with your device again. If the connection still fails, press and hold the case button for 20 seconds (until the indicator blinks slowly three times), then try pairing once more;
4. If all these steps don’t work, please contact customer support for assistance.
