Why is there no steam even though the indicators of the Xiaomi Standing Garment Steamer are on?
If the Xiaomi Standing Garment Steamer is not producing steam despite the indicators being on, please refer to the following methods:
1. When the garment steamer is first turned on, both indicators will breathe, indicating that the garment steamer is in the preheating phase. This process can last about 30 seconds. During this time, the garment steamer is heating up to the required temperature. Once preheating is complete, steam will begin to flow normally;
2. Ensure that the water tank is filled properly and is securely in place. If the water tank is empty or not correctly positioned, the garment steamer will not produce steam. Refill the tank with clean water and ensure it is seated correctly in the unit;
