Why is the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max unable to return to the omni station?

If your robot vacuum is unable to return to the omni station, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps: 
1. Ensure the omni station is placed in an open area;
2. Clean the signal area of the omni station to prevent dust or dirt accumulation;
3. Check the power connection to the omni station and ensure the indicator is steady in white;
4. Manually place the robot vacuum back into the omni station to charge;
5. It is advisable to manually remove any water from the floor;
6. Retry after properly setting up and placing the omni station.
