What to do if the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max reports a high water level in the washboard?

If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max reports a high water level in the washboard, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Remove the washboard, thoroughly rinse it, and wipe it dry with a clean cloth;
2. Check the bottom of the washboard for any blockages and wipe the inside of the omni station with a dry cloth;
3. Reinsert the washboard into the omni station;
4. Check the dirty water tank and its seal for any damage, and ensure the float ball inside the tank is not waterlogged. If there is any damage or waterlogging, please contact the local after-sales service center. If everything is normal, press the dirty water tank gently to ensure it is properly installed;
5. Use the recommended cleaning solution specifically for daily use. Avoid using other detergents or disinfectants.
