If the dirty water tank fails to draw water when using the robot vacuum, please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Remove the dirty water tank and check if the seal is deformed or not properly placed. If so, re-secure the seal before using it again;
2. After confirming that the dirty water tank is functioning properly, secure the cover and gently press the tank down to ensure it is fully seated;
3. Remove the washboard from the omni station and check if there is any blockage at the bottom. If blocked, clear it before use;
4. Wipe any remaining water inside the omni station with a dry cloth, then reinstall the washboard.
