What to do if the clean water tank is abnormal when using the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20 Max?

This can occur if the clean water tank is not installed or if the water level is low.
To solve the issue, please refer to the following steps:
1. Remove the clean water tank and check if the floater and filter at the bottom are in place. If missing, please contact the local after-sales service center;
2. If the water level is insufficient to complete the task, you will receive an error. Add enough water to make the robot vacuum continue to work;
3. Ensure the clean water tank is properly seated and gently press it down;
4. If the water tank is full and the error persists, unplug the omni station, wait for 1 minute, and then plug it back in before trying again.
