If the wireless devices cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure the Wi-Fi name and password do not contain special characters during configuration;
2. Ensure the Wi-Fi and the password are correct;
3. If your device is blacklisted, please remove it from the blacklist to connect again;
4. Choose WPA2 encryption for your router to enhance compatibility;
5. Restart both your router and device again.
