Why can’t the internet be accessed on the Xiaomi Router AX3000T?

If the internet cannot be accessed, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check whether you can find the router's Wi-Fi in your phone. If not, ensure that the router is turned on and started;
2. Connect your phone to the router's Wi-Fi and visit the website "miwifi.com", then the page will automatically diagnose the network;
3. Make sure the router's Ethernet cable is connected to the modem's port. If the modem has multiple Ethernet ports, please disconnect any other cables;
4. Using an Ethernet cable or network cable to connect your computer to the modem and check whether the internet is working;
5. Log in to the router's web management page and go to the network settings to verify the Internet IP address. If valid, please set the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4.
If you are unable to establish a connection, please contact your internet service provider.
