Why can’t the Xiaomi Router AX3000T be added to the Mi Home APP?

If the device can’t be added to the Mi Home App, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check whether your phone has connected to the Wi-Fi of the router;
2. Check whether the selected product model is correct in the Mi Home App;
3. If the router's network configuration was completed via the web browser, make sure that the settings of the country or region via the web browser are consistent with the Mi Home APP.
