Can’t sign in to Zepp Life APP, how to do?

Solution:

a). Check if you enter correct user account and password.

b). Switch the network from WiFi to 3G/4G on the setting of your phone.

c). Clear Bluetooth Share data and erase app cache/data

d). Reboot your phone

If the above steps don’t work, please write and submit a feedback from Zepp Life App and send your Mi ID to the customer support.
