1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND BENEFICIARIES
This offer is limited to selected Xiaomi smartphones (only applicable to the following specific models: Xiaomi 15/Xiaomi 15 Ultra) (hereinafter the “Product(s)”) purchased through any Xiaomi official sales channels (online or offline) and activated in the Territory of Malaysia (hereinafter the “Territory”). This offer is provided by Xiaomi Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd registered at Suite 21-2, Level 21, UOA Corporate Tower, Avenue 10, The Vertical, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan (hereinafter “Xiaomi” or “we”).
Only consumers that have purchased and activated the aforementioned Products are eligible to benefit from this offer (hereinafter “Beneficiaries” or “you”) at the conditions described below.

This offer will include the following additional services:

3. PERIOD OF THE SERVICES
3.1 Enjoy a RM30 GrabGifts voucher ("GrabGifts Service") available to the first 3,400 Beneficiaries who successfully redeemed it. This voucher is valid until 9 September 2025.
3.2 Enjoy a 7-day (1GB per day) international data eSIM plan available to the first 1,250 Beneficiaries who successfully redeem it. This benefit shall be valid until (3 September 2025).
3.3 Enjoy a one-time Dragonpass Airport VIP Lounge (hereinafter, “Lounge Service”). The Lounge Service is available only for Beneficiaries who purchased the Products before (3 April 2025). In order to enjoy this Lounge Service benefit, Beneficiaries must redeem this benefit before (3 May 2025). Beneficiaries who redeem this benefit successfully must use it before (3 September 2025).
3.4 Enjoy 4 months of Spotify Premium for free (hereinafter, “Spotify Premium”). This Spotify Premium benefit is limited to the individual plan only and for new Spotify Premium user only. To enjoy this Service, Beneficiaries will be required to purchase and activate the Product before 8 August 2026. This offer must be redeemed between (4 March 2025) and 8 August 2026.
3.5 Enjoy a 24-month quality assurance. Warranty for your Product within twenty-four (24) months from the date of the first purchase of the Product by you.
3.6 One free screen replacement within 6 months. Valid within six (6) months from the date of the first purchase of the Product by you. The purchase date must not be later than (3 March 2026).
3.7 One out-of-warranty repair with free labor costs within 12 months. Valid within twelve (12) months from the date of the first purchase of the Product by you.
3.8 A spare phone is exclusively provided for you within 24 months. Valid within twenty-four (24) months from the date of the first purchase of the Product by you.
3.9 Exclusive VIP customer service. Valid within twenty-four (24) months from the date of the first purchase of the Product by you.
3.10 Hassle-Free Repairs within 24 months. Free pickup and delivery within twenty-four (24) months from the date of first purchase of the Product by you.
3.11 Xiaomi 15 Ultra Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service. Warranty for your Product within twenty-four (24) months from the date of first purchase of the Product by you.
4. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
4.1 Enjoy a RM30 GrabGifts voucher
GrabGifts are digital gift vouchers which can be redeemed for various Grab services such as Grab rides, Food, Mart, or Express bookings. The first 3,400 Beneficiaries who successfully redeem this benefit will receive a GrabGifts voucher. This voucher application starts on March 15 and is valid until 9 September 2025.
a) How to redeem this benefit
You can start to redeem this benefit after 1 day from the date when you activate the Product. To redeem the benefit, you should log in to the IMEI activity page [https://www.mi.com/my/imei-redemption] with your MI ID, and fill in the type of your Product, the purchase channel of your Product, the IMEI of your Product, your email and the verification code you receive correctly and then click “submit now”.
If you do not have a MI ID, kindly register one before acquiring this benefit.
After you submit your information successfully, Xiaomi will review your eligibility. If your eligibility has been approved, you will obtain the service code link (hereinafter, the “Service Code”) via the email address you filled on the IMEI activity page. If you fail to receive the Service Code due to your incorrect filling, Xiaomi will not be liable. Therefore, please ensure that you fill in your email address accurately.
b) How to use GrabGifts benefit
1.Tap the GrabGifts link that you’ve received on your smartphone where your Grab app is installed and updated.
2.Tap on Redeem Your Gift, then select your preferred gift option (e.g. Transport, Food, or Mart). If applicable, you can choose to break down your gift amount into multiple smaller amount vouchers. Once the voucher has been redeemed, it will only work on the specific service it has been assigned to.
3.After redeeming the voucher, it will be stored in your My Rewards page, which can be found when you tap on Account > Rewards > My Rewards, and is ready for use.
4.To use your redeemed GrabGifts, make your booking as usual, then tap on Use Offers to get discounts to go to the Offers page before confirming the booking. You should see your GrabGifts voucher there, then select the voucher and tap Use Now.

CMLink Global data eSIM is a universal virtual SIM card. This allows you access to the internet in over 100 destinations without switching to a local SIM card or to carry other WiFi devices. The first 1,250 Beneficiaries who successfully redeem this benefit will receive a 7-day eSIM plan. This benefit is valid until 3 September 2025 only and will expire 7 days after activation. This voucher application starts on March 20 and is valid until 9 September 2025.
a) How to redeem this benefit
You can start to redeem this benefit after 1 day from the date when you activate the Product. 4.3 One-time Dragonpass Airport VIP Lounge
The Beneficiary who purchases the Product during the period from 3 March 2025 to 3 April 2025 and have successfully redeemed the Service in accordance with the procedure mentioned below shall be entitled for one-time access to the Lounge Service. This benefit is valid until 3 September 2025 and must be redeemed before 3 May 2025.
a) Acceptance of Terms
The Beneficiary fully understands and acknowledge that this Lounge Service is provided by DragonPass Company Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter, “Dragonpass”). By using the Service Code Link and accessing the Lounge Service, the Beneficiary accepts and adhere to (a) Terms of service of Dragonpass: https://en.dragonpass.com.cn/info/termsofservice, and (b) the Privacy Policy of Dragonpass: https://en.dragonpass.com.cn/info/privacypolicy.
b) Redemption of the Lounge Service
This benefit will be redeemed starting from 2025/3/20.The Beneficiary may redeem the Lounge Service after fourteen (14) days from the date of the Product activation. To redeem the Lounge Service, the Beneficiary should log in to the IMEI activity page [https://www.mi.com/my/imei-redemption] with their personal MI ID, and completing the redeem form provided.
If the Beneficiary do not have an MI ID, they should register it before redeeming the Lounge Service.
c) Verification and Receipt of Service Code
Upon successful submission of the redeem form, Xiaomi will review the Beneficiary’s eligibility. If the Beneficiary’s eligibility is confirmed, the Beneficiary will receive a Lounge Service Link (hereinafter, “Service Code”) to the email address provided by the Beneficiary in the redeem form. Xiaomi bears no responsibility for the non-receipt of the Service Code to an incorrectly entered email address.
d) How to use the Lounge Service
The Beneficiary can use the Lounge Service by presenting the Service Code Link and boarding pass at any Dragonpass Lounge Service point. Upon arrival at the airport lounge before your trip, kindly click the link and sync the user's name (the name must be the same as on the air ticket). The page will then display a QR code. Kindly present this QR code email or link to the staff for verification. The Service Code Link can be used without additional authorization and registration. By using the Service Code to enter the lounge, the Beneficiary can use the Lounge Service in the same way as other Dragonpass users, without the need of additional actions. Please note that the Service Code link is valid for a single use only.
e) Validity of Longue Service
The Service Code will be valid until 3 September 2025. In view of that, the Beneficiary should plan accordingly to utilize and benefit from the Lounge Service.
f) Availability of Longue Service
The Beneficiary can check the designated airport lounge through Dragonpass Airport Service network: https://en.dragonpass.com.cn/airports.

4.4 Get 4 months of Spotify Premium for free
This Spotify Premium offer provides Beneficiaries with subscription benefits at no charge for a period of 4 months from the day you redeem the offer (“Spotify Premium Benefit Period”). To enjoy this 4 months of Spotify Premium for free, Beneficiaries will be required to purchase and activate the product before 8 August 2026. This offer must be redeemed between 4 March 2025 and 8 August 2026 only. This offer is limited to an individual plan only and to new users to Spotify Premium only. This benefit may not be combined with other Spotify Premium offers.
a) How to redeem this benefit
You can start to redeem this benefit after 1 day from the date when you activate the Product. If your eligibility has passed the review, you will obtain the service code link (hereinafter, the “Service Code”) via the email address you filled on the IMEI activity page. b) How to use the benefit
Beneficiaries will be required to click the Service Code link and open the Spotify app on their device. Next, kindly choose “My Account” and click “get Spotify Premium”. Then the offer will appear on screen and Beneficiaries can follow the instructions to redeem. Please note that a valid form of payment is required at sign-up. However, Beneficiaries will not be charged until the Spotify Premium Benefit Period expires. No refunds for partial billing periods are available.

4.7 Enjoy a 24-month quality assurance
The Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during TWENTY-FOUR (24) months from the date Beneficiaries purchased the Product (hereinafter, “Warranty Period”).
If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by Xiaomi within the Warranty Period, Beneficiaries will be eligible to get the Product be repaired or be replaced for free in according to “Warranty” https://www.mi.com/my/support/warranty/.
In the event Beneficiaries enjoy any free warranty services, Beneficiaries are advised to fully “backed-up” and/or delete all personal data before handling the Product to Xiaomi Authorized Service Center. Please note that in the process of any warranty services, the Product content and software settings will be restored to factory settings and all personal data and settings in the Product will not be restored. Xiaomi shall not be liable if the contents in the Product’s data storage media were altered, deleted, or in any way modified during any warranty services.
This 24-month warranty service will not apply to the following scenarios and Beneficiaries shall bear the full cost of repairs or materials (charges will be subject to the provisions of Xiaomi or Xiaomi Authorized Service Center):
a) damage caused by transportation or loading and unloading during return or replacement or repair;
b) damaged caused by accidental or man-made behaviors, such as liquid damage, falling, input unsuitable voltage, excessive extrusion, main board deformation, etc. and other phenomena are also included, for example, the power adapter is damaged, cracked, broken or deformed, and the power cable is damaged, broken or bare;
c) damage caused by force majeure events such as war, fire, typhoon, flood or earthquake or similar events beyond the control of Xiaomi;
d) damage caused by the use of non-original batter or battery leakage;
e) Beneficiary does not provide the invoice of the purchase or delivery bill or warranty card if it is required;
f) serial number and/or the IMEI number is inconsistent, damaged or has been removed or tampered;
g) the Product is a counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
h) defect is caused by an unintended use or uses that are contrary to Xiaomi’s or the Xiaomi´s instructions, manuals or guidelines;
i) defect arises from the Beneficiaries’ own or unauthorized repair/manipulation/alteration/modification, or the use of non-authorized or non-original spare parts, software, or components on the Product;
j) operational problems and malfunctions caused by software installation and configuration or computer viruses;
k) weak signal due to telecommunication operator’s service problem;
l) the Warranty Period has expired.
4.8 One free screen replacement within 6 months
Beneficiaries who purchase the Product between the 3 March 2025 and 2 March 2026 are eligible for a one-time (1) free screen replacement service during the first six (6) months after the date of first purchase of the Product by the end user, if the screen of the above mentioned Products is damaged or faulty by a non-intentional action by end users (i.e. like non-intentional falling of the Product).
If the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center assesses the screen should be replaced, such replacement of the screen shall be free of any charge.
Beneficiaries might be requested to provide the invoice of the purchase or the delivery bill.
Exclusions
This Service does not apply to or cover the following situations:
a) The serial number and/or IMEI number of the Product is damaged or has been removed or tampered with;
b) The Product is a counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi;
c) Damages to the screen are caused intentionally or with gross negligence;
d) Damages affect only the surface of the screen, such as scratches or other aesthetic appearance of the screen;
e) Damages are incurred by malware, unauthorized software or third-party apps used by the end users;
f) The Beneficiary does not provide the invoice of the purchase or delivery bill if it is required;
g) The defect is caused by a non-intended purposes use or contrary to Xiaomi’s or the seller´s instructions, manuals or guidelines;
h) The defect arises from the Beneficiary’s own or unauthorized repair/manipulation, or the use of non-authorized or non-original spare parts, software, or components.
This service is not also applicable to Products that, due to the damages or alteration of the screen, have to be replaced with a new Product. Such replacement will be subject to the legal warranty standards.
Nothing in this offer shall limit Beneficiaries’ rights under the applicable law.
4.9 One out-of-warranty repair with free labor costs within 12 months
Beneficiaries are eligible for ONE (1) out-of-warranty repair (“OOW Repair”) with free labor cost within TWELVE (12) months from the date Beneficiaries purchased the Product (hereinafter, “OOW Repair Period”). Only labor fees can be exempted, other spare parts cost and/or logistic cost shall subject to the respective Xiaomi Authorized Service Centre where the OOW Repair is provided.
Mechanism of the OOW repair
For the performance of the out of warranty repair (hereinafter “Repair”), the Beneficiaries will benefit from labor fees for free (spare parts costs and/or logistics costs excluded as better specified under A (i) and A (ii) below).
During the OOW Repair Period, Beneficiaries can make use of the Service in two (2) ways:
i. Take the Product to the front-end Xiaomi Authorized Service Center for on-site repair
Beneficiaries can directly take the Products to one of the Xiaomi Authorized Service Centers as listed on https://www.mi.com/my/support/service-centre/ for the Repair.
The Xiaomi Authorized Service Center will verify the fulfillment of all the conditions imposed for the eligibility of this Service, under the scope of this terms and condition: ownership and product eligibility.
The Xiaomi Authorized Service Center will perform an inspection and provide the Beneficiary with a work estimate for the repair of the Product. The labor cost will already be extracted from this offer. Please note that the cost of spare parts and, if necessary, logistics are not part of this Service and shall be borne by the Beneficiary.
Based on the work estimate, Beneficiaries will decide whether to proceed with the Repair or not. In the latter case, the Products will be returned and the inspection costs will be borne by the Beneficiaries.
ii. Contact the Xiaomi Customer Service via local mi.com for mail-in repair
Beneficiaries can contact Xiaomi Customer Service during the OOW Repair Period through the contact information as listed on https://www.mi.com/my/support/service-centre/ and apply for the Service.
The Xiaomi Customer Service will ask Beneficiaries to provide invoice of the purchase or delivery bill and IMEI number of the Product, in order to check if the conditions of the Service are fulfilled and arrange mail-in repair.
After the device is arrived at the mail-in repair center, an inspection of the Product will be performed and a detailed offer for the repair of the Product. The labor cost will already be extracted from this offer. Please note that the cost of spare parts and logistics are not part of this Service and shall be borne by the Beneficiary. Beneficiaries can then decide whether to accept the offer and have the Product repaired, or not. In the latter case, the Product will be returned, the inspection costs and logistics fee will be borne by the Beneficiaries.
This Service does not apply to or cover the following situations:
i. The serial number and/or IMEI number is damaged or has been removed or tampered with;
The product is a counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
4.10 A spare phone is exclusively provided for you within 24 months
Spare phone is understood as a device provided to the Beneficiaries while the Product is being repaired by the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center (hereinafter “Spare Phone(s)”).
Beneficiaries will be eligible for the Spare Phone service, when Beneficiaries goes directly to the front-end Xiaomi Authorized Service Center (as listed on https://www.mi.com/my/support/service-centre/) during the Period of TWENTY FOUR (24) months since first purchase by end user and whose Product needs to be repaired but the reparation is not possible to be finalized on the same day when going to the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center, for example due to parts in transit, delivery delays and other technical issues.
Mechanism of the Spare Phone service
The Xiaomi Authorized Service Center will require Beneficiaries to:
i. Firstly, provide information of the Product (model of Product and IMEI number). The Xiaomi Authorized Service Center will verify the existence of all conditions for the application of this Service.
ii. Secondly, once confirmed that all the conditions are met, the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center will provide the Spare Phone to the Beneficiary.
iii. The Beneficiary will be required to fill in and sign the “Spare Phone Lending Agreement” first where all the conditions and obligations of Spare Phone Service are fully described.
iv. Once the repair of the Product is finalized, the Beneficiary will be notified by the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center and the Beneficiary will be required to return the Spare Phone as per the conditions set out in the Spare Phone Lending Agreement.
Conditions of the Spare Phone
I. Spare Phones may be either new or refurbished phones, at the discretion of Xiaomi. Same with the specific model of the Spare Phone.
II. Accessories or spare parts (including but not limited to charger or cable) generally will not be provided together with the Spare Phone but if so, the Beneficiary must return all the items to the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center.
III. Beneficiary must take reasonable measures to protect the Spare Phone against damage, loss or abuse. If Beneficiary fails to return the Spare Phone due to theft or loss, the Beneficiary shall be liable for damages. In case the Spare Phone returned by Beneficiary is damaged, Beneficiary shall be liable for the cost to repair the damage.
4.11 24-month Exclusive VIP customer service
During the Service period, Beneficiaries can also benefit from additional hotline services: XIAOMI Customer Service on 1800-18-0112(Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm) .
In any case, Beneficiaries may contact regular Xiaomi Customer Service through the contact information provided in https://www.mi.com/my/support/.
4.12 Hassle-Free Repairs within 24 months
Beneficiaries are eligible for free pick-up and delivery services from Xiaomi Authorized Service Centers for replacement / return / repair service of the Product as required during the period of Twenty-Four (24) months since first purchase by end user.
In order to enjoy this service, Beneficiaries must contact the Xiaomi Customer Support. The time of pick-up and delivery will depend on the distance between the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center and the pick-up/delivery address. And if the pick-up/delivery address is outside the delivery range, you may not be able to enjoy this service at such address.
Mechanism of the free pick-up and delivery service
The mechanism of this service may include the following processes, and please contact the Xiaomi Customer Support to get the specific mechanism:
(1) Contacting the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center as shown in the listed below under Annex I "Xiaomi Authorized Service Centers"
(2) Providing Beneficiary’s information as name, address, telephone number and IMEI number, etc. and the damage of the Product.
(3) Writing down the information above on the specified place, and packing the Product in with enough cushioning material to prevent the Product from damage transportation.
(4) Waiting for the delivery staff to pick up the Product.
(5) When the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center receives the Product, it will repair it and may contact the Beneficiary for additional information or clearer details, and the Beneficiary is obliged to answer or acknowledge such information.
(6) After the repair is completed, the Xiaomi Authorized Service Center will return the Product to the address specified.
4.13 Xiaomi 15 Ultra Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service
Beneficiaries who purchased Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be eligible for the Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service (including SWAP repair service and software upgrade service) at the designated service center(s) of Xiaomi in the markets listed in the terms and conditions of Xiaomi Smartphone International Warranty Service for Xiaomi 15 Ultra. The services under this international warranty service will be provided: (1) in accordance with the laws and standards in the market where the services are provided, to the extent permitted by local laws, and (2) based on the availability of materials in this market, to ensure that the Product can be used normally in the market where services are provided.

5. MISCELLANEOUS
5.1. Data Privacy: Xiaomi attaches great importance to our Users' privacy and is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. Xiaomi strictly complies with all applicable laws and privacy policies for processing your personal information necessary to provide after-sales services (including maintenance, repair and/or spare phone lending services) to you.
For the purpose of providing you the Services under this terms and condition, Xiaomi will collect, store and use your strictly necessary contact information (name, phone number, email address, ID number) and the device information. Please note that we may share also this information with any of our Authorized Service Centers, if necessary.

Please be sure to delete all your files, log out your Xiaomi account and disable your security password when returning the spare phone, including but not limited to your personal and/or confidential documents and data. The User is responsible for: (a) erasing all data (including personal and/or confidential files and data from the User); and (b) making back-up copies of all data you wish to retain, before returning the spare phone to the Authorized Service Center. Xiaomi assumes no responsibility for any data loss and privacy issues caused by your personal documents or data remaining on or not being deleted from the spare phone when you return it back.
By providing the personal data, the Beneficiary indicates that he/she have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy stated at https://www.mi.com/my/about/privacy. The Beneficiary agrees that Xiaomi and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with the Services. Beneficiary agrees and provides consent to the Xiaomi to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of providing the Services in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Xiaomi for lawful purpose directly related to the Services.
5.2. The maintenance of some components may be required for replacement of spare parts. Therefore, the repaired products or parts may not be the original ones.
5.3. This offer is only applicable to the Products described above on paragraph1. Other Xiaomi smartphones or products will not be eligible for this offer.
5.4. Xiaomi shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Beneficiary in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to the Services.
5.5. The Beneficiary agrees to discharge and release Xiaomi from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to the Services.
5.6. The Beneficiaries acknowledges that the general terms and conditions described on https://www.mi.com/my/support/warranty/ remain applicable. In the event of a contradiction between these Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions described on the relevant www.mi.com page, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. These terms and conditions are subject to Malaysia Law.
