Xiaomi Malaysia offers a standard delivery service. Estimated delivery times include parcel preparation time and delivery time.
West Malaysia: 2–4 business days for standard parcels. 2–8 business days for large parcels such as TVs.
East Malaysia: 4–8 business days for standard parcels. Large parcel delivery is currently unavailable in East Malaysia.
*Customs clearance in East Malaysia can occasionally cause delays. Actual delivery times may vary.
The delivery address must be within Malaysia. Coverage areas vary for standard and large parcels. Delivery of TVs is only available in West Malaysia, while delivery of other items is available in both East and West Malaysia.
If the total order amount exceeds MYR 30, we offer free delivery across Malaysia.
If the total order amount is less than MYR 30, a delivery fee of MYR 5 will be charged.

Deliveries may be delayed for a number of reasons, including but not limited to inventory availability, logistics partner-related reasons, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances. Your items undergo thorough inspection and standard packaging procedures at the Xiaomi warehouse before they are dispatched. We recommend that you carefully check the exterior of the parcel for any abnormalities before signing for it. You can reject the parcel if it is damaged or appears to have been opened during transit.
