A: Please use a dedicated adapter to charge at room temperature (7-40 ℃), as high or low temperatures can cause the battery to fail to charge due to protection.
If you’re using the original charger and your Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner G20 still can’t be charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to address the issue:
1. Ensure that the power outlet you are using is functioning properly by plugging in another device. Make sure the charger is securely plugged into the outlet and the vacuum cleaner;
2. Check the charging cable and adapter for any visible damage, such as frayed wires or bent connectors. If there is damage, replace the cable or adapter with a compatible one;
3. Ensure that the charging cable is securely connected to both the vacuum cleaner and the power adapter. Sometimes a loose connection can prevent charging;
4. Inspect the vacuum cleaner for any signs of damage that could affect its ability to charge. Clean the charging contacts on the vacuum cleaner to ensure they are free from dirt or debris.
Please check if the adapter is properly connected to the host. If not, please connect it before checking. If the charging issue cannot be resolved, please contact the after-sales service in a timely manner.
