4. Inspect the vacuum cleaner for any signs of damage or malfunction that could affect its ability to charge. Clean the charging contacts on the vacuum cleaner to ensure they are free from dirt or debris;
5. If the vacuum cleaner has not been used for an extended period, the battery may be deeply discharged. In such cases, allow the vacuum cleaner to charge for a longer period before expecting the indicator light to turn on;
