Please refer to the following steps to access the Internet:
1. Use your phone to search for the Wi-Fi that is configured by the router. If you're unable to find the Wi-Fi network, first check that all network cables are securely connected to their respective ports. Ensure the router is powered on and operational;
2. Restart the modem and router by powering them off, waiting a few seconds, and then powering them back on;
3. Connect the phone to the router's Wi-Fi and go to “router.miwifi.com”. Then try to fix the problem according to the network diagnosis.
